Dresden PALAIS SOMMER Cultural Festival uses NEXO GEO M12 sound system
In strict compliance with public health laws and regulations, the famous PALAIS SOMMER Cultural Festival was held on both sides of the Elbe in Dresden, Germany as scheduled. Despite the sharp decline in the number of visitors, the audience area has been expanded to meet the standard of allowing social distance, and arte.complus provides audio and formal technical services.
Headquartered in Dresden, arte.complus provides services for the month-long PALAIS SOMMER Cultural Festival in the third year. Free admission to the festival, culture and education presents a variety of activities and art forms: arte.complus has chosen NEXO sound reinforcement equipment as the best all-round helper for the festival.
Jens Beno Richter of arte.complus explained: "at the beginning, we deployed the new GEO M12 medium linear array as the main sound reinforcement covering an audience area of 8000 square meters. Its extensive projection characteristics and good rear attenuation make it an ideal choice for this project. Activities include yoga classes, pop music, rock music, singers / composers, piano, choir, classical music, jazz, oral performances and movie concerts. "
The width of the performance stage in front of the Japanese palace has doubled, making room for artists. There are 3 GEO M1210s and 1 GEO M1220 in the left and right seat system, and the sound supplement is carried out by the GEO S805 and P12 speakers. Since the maximum number of attendees could not exceed 1000, many people watched the concert on the nearby grass, where there was a delay system for the GEO M620 compact linear array. All the power amplifiers of the system are managed by NEXO's proprietary NeMo remote control software.
